What to Expect

Our Strategic Plan Accelerator is a 12-session cohort experience designed to give you structure, accountability, and expert guidance—without the five-figure price tag. Starting in September 2026, this program unfolds over several months with built-in off-weeks to accommodate the holiday season, allowing you to complete your strategic plan by early February 2027.

Here is what you can expect when you join:

Virtual sessions bring the full cohort together for facilitated discussions, structured exercises, and peer feedback. Each session builds on the last, guiding you step-by-step through the strategic planning process—from kickoff and discovery to board adoption. Off-weeks are built in around major holidays so you can stay engaged without added pressure.

Twice during the program, you'll meet privately with a member of the KNB Solutions Group team to review your work in progress. The first session focuses on your logic model; the second provides a comprehensive review of your full strategic plan draft. These dedicated sessions ensure you're on track and give you the personalized feedback needed to refine your documents before finalization.

Tiered investment based on your organization’s annual revenue. The accelerator program will host organizations ranging from 150-500k in annual revenue.

How It Works

  • Prospective participants complete a brief application form to express interest in the cohort. The application collects basic organizational information, current strategic planning needs, and any specific challenges or goals the participant hopes to address.

  • Following application review, a member of the KNB Solutions Group team schedules a 20–30 minute discovery call with the applicant. This conversation ensures the program is a good fit for both parties and allows applicants to ask questions about the structure, expectations, and outcomes.

  • Qualified applicants receive an official acceptance email with enrollment materials. This step formalizes the participant's spot in the cohort and secures their commitment.

    Participants are added to our Learning Management System (LMS), which serves as the central hub for the program experience. The LMS is where participants will access course materials, submit documents, engage in discussion forums, and connect with their cohort throughout their program.

  • The cohort officially launches with a live, facilitated kickoff session that sets the tone for the program. Initial payments are due at this time.
