  • The Defensive Line

Fractional Leadership & Marketing for Impact

KNB Solutions Group serves as a fractional Chief Advancement Officer for The Defensive Line. We support all aspects of fundraising strategy, grant writing, and donor engagement while building long-term operational infrastructure for sustainability. From navigating the transition out of fiscal sponsorship to preparing for high-stakes partnerships with the NFL and Nike, KNB Solutions Group has driven strategic planning, supported board development, coached internal staff, and stabilized day-to-day operations, all while staying rooted in the organization’s mission to end youth suicide, especially among young people of color.

  • Women's Fund of Indiana

    Strategic Planning & Outcome-Based Coaching

KNB Solutions Group partnered with the Women’s Fund of Central Indiana during a transformational time. Our team guided the board through the complex process of shifting from fiscal sponsorship from the Community Foundation to an independent 501(c)(3), ensuring governance structures, compliance, and operations were ready for the transition. We updated the organization’s strategic plan to reflect its new phase of growth and deeper commitment to statewide advocacy, and we built internal operational infrastructure to support long-term sustainability. In parallel, we supported the onboarding of the Fund’s first Director of Advocacy, laying the foundation for systems-level impact.

  • Women's Rights & Empowerment Network

Fractional Leadership & Fundraising Capacity Building

KNB Solutions Group partnered with WREN during an 18-month period of organizational growth and strategic recalibration. Our team stepped in as fractional Chief Development Officer to stabilize and strengthen fundraising operations, provide coaching to the internal development team, and help recruit and onboard a new Director of Development. In tandem, we refined messaging, restructured donor engagement systems, and aligned revenue strategy with programmatic priorities. With tailored support and an eye toward long-term sustainability, we helped WREN build the internal capacity needed to scale its mission and its movement.

  • Alliance For Full Acceptance

    Fractional Leadership & Strategic Planning

KNB Solutions Group first partnered with the Alliance for Full Acceptance (AFFA) to lead the development of dual strategic plans for its 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) arms, ensuring aligned goals, clear governance, and a shared vision for LGBTQ+ advocacy and political engagement in South Carolina. Shortly after the planning process, AFFA’s longtime Executive Director stepped down and KNB stepped in. As Interim Executive Director, we provided steady leadership, managed staff and board dynamics, and maintained fundraising and programmatic momentum while preparing the organization for its next chapter. Our work ensured that AFFA’s transition wasn’t just smooth, it was intentional.

  • Charleston Legal Access

    Strategic Planning and Outcome-Based Coaching

Charleston Legal Access came to KNB Solutions Group with a clear mission but a quiet voice. We began by facilitating a strategic planning process that aligned their vision, clarified program priorities, and laid the groundwork to launch an immigration practice. As the foundation took shape, we turned our focus to aligning fundraising and communications, building a donor-centered email strategy, coaching staff on content and storytelling, and helping CLA move from reactive outreach to intentional engagement. The result? A confident organization with a clearer direction and a growing base of community supporters.

  • Transformation Table

Strategic Planning & Marketing for Impact

KNB Solutions Group partnered with Transformation Table to guide a values-based strategic planning process rooted in community, equity, and food justice. Together, we refined their mission, clarified program priorities, and built a roadmap for growth that honors their storytelling-centered approach. After setting the strategic direction, we stepped in to manage Transformation Table’s social media, creating content that amplifies their work, engages supporters, and reflects the organization’s unique voice. With aligned strategy and consistent storytelling, Transformation Table is now positioned to expand both its reach and its impact.

  • CRHE

    Outcome-Based Coaching

The Coalition for Responsible Home Education (CRHE) engaged KNB Solutions Group to help turn passionate advocacy into sustainable fundraising. We developed a six-month fundraising coaching program focused on increasing monthly giving, refining donor engagement, and elevating the voice of the Executive Director. Alongside this, we advised on communications strategy, helping CRHE align its messaging across platforms and speak with greater confidence and clarity. With practical tools, strong stories, and a relationship-based approach, CRHE is now building a more reliable revenue stream to support long-term advocacy and impact.
